I met Mark at a best of Aberdeen networking event and after a brief conversation about some email issues I was experiencing Mark offered to look into the problem which he did. The following day and within an hour of looking into the issues the email problem was on the road to recovery. I must stress I am not a client of Mark, he offered to help, did so and resolved the issue to demonstrate what effective IT support actually is. Consequently, as a result of experiencing the level of service Mark at Simblox offers I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his company and would contract Mark to undertake work for my business in the future.
