Simblox recently became the IT support provider for Mint and have been a massive help so far. They carried out an audit of our servers and systems and gave sound, easy to follow advice on how to improve things. We had major IT set up issues in our Dundee office which impacted our telephone system which Mark and his team fixed within one day. Although we operate in the cloud we still maintain servers and Simblox have organised these and the backups more efficiently than what we had before. Whenever we have software upgrades, they step in and implement the upgrades with no impact on staff.
