Hi there – I wanted to say that the gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful, more patient or more polite! It took me ages to get logged on for him to remote in and he didn’t get impatient at all or make me feel a numpty…. which he could easily have done! Similarly, with the queries that I had.
