I am very happy with George’s support in handling a Phishing / ransom email which caused considerable concern as the contact was able to quote an actual (correct) password and purported to come from my own email address. Clearly my worry surrounded whether my computer’s security was sufficiently breached for the perpetrator to gain access to be able to undertake actions causing me financial and reputational damage. George managed to advise me on appropriate actions and alleviate my initial concerns.
Not for the first time, Mal has sorted out an IT issue for me. Very happy with the service. Thank you.

I was advised by a friend to try Simblox after scratching my head over my computer, Plotter problem for 10 days, I received an email from them, and they solved my problem the same day, That’s what I call service and one that I will use again. Mark, I truly am greatful to you all for the help that you gave me,as we are a small business and time is limited.
I met Mark at a best of Aberdeen networking event and after a brief conversation about some email issues I was experiencing Mark offered to look into the problem which he did. The following day and within an hour of looking into the issues the email problem was on the road to recovery. I must stress I am not a client of Mark, he offered to help, did so and resolved the issue to demonstrate what effective IT support actually is. Consequently, as a result of experiencing the level of service Mark at Simblox offers I have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his company and would contract Mark to undertake work for my business in the future. Since we appointed Mark and the team at Simblox, our high expectations have been consistently exceeded. Rather than baffling us with a raft of IT gobbledygook, Simblox have sought to understand our needs and issues; they have then formulated and implemented a timely plan of action to address these. Compared to other local IT solution providers we have partnered with, it is a case of chalk and cheese. We have no hesitation whatsoever in strongly recommending them.
Apollo’s growth required a new server solution that would ideally support a number of added value business functions. We’d been advised by our existing IT support supplier that much of the functionality we wanted was not feasible within our budget when I met Simblox at an industry networking event. It was immediately clear that Simblox’s engineers were highly technically competent and that they could supply and implement Apollo’s preferred solution within budget. Simblox recently became the IT support provider for Mint and have been a massive help so far. They carried out an audit of our servers and systems and gave sound, easy to follow advice on how to improve things. We had major IT set up issues in our Dundee office which impacted our telephone system which Mark and his team fixed within one day. Although we operate in the cloud we still maintain servers and Simblox have organised these and the backups more efficiently than what we had before. Whenever we have software upgrades, they step in and implement the upgrades with no impact on staff. Mark explains everything in easy to understand language and has massive patience with my phobia of all things server and IT related. Many thanks to you and your team Mark.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent work from you and your team at Simblox. We asked Simblox to carry out the task of setting up our new mail system through Office 365 and migrating over all our existing emails from two hosts. This task was performed smoothly and efficiently. To make their customer service even more impressive it was done over the weekend so the effect to us was completely minimal with the result of no downtime. This being most important to companies.
